JDR recruitment are recruiting for a Production Operative to work at a manufacturing company Runcorn

This is a temp to perm job, permanent contract to be offered after 12 weeks based on performance

Hours are rotating shift patterns: 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm & 10pm-6am

Standard Hourly rate is £12.52 per hour, with increased rates for unsociable hours

Duties & Skills Include:

• Feeding raw materials into machines
• Maintain & use correct specifications of loom
• Using cutting machines
• Quality control and and keen eye for details
• Operating a loom line and ensure fabric is fed to machine properly
• Cleaning down machinery
• Ability to follow detailed instruction and work to specification
• Ability to work well in a team

Due to the nature of the role previous experience in textiles or machine operating is required
