Job Title: Assembly Operative

Location: Nottingham

Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour

Shifts: Monday – Thursday 6:00am – 4:00pm, Friday 6:00am – 1:00am

We are currently recruiting for an Assembly Operative to join a well-established manufacturing company in Nottingham. This role offers stability, excellent pay, and the opportunity to grow within a supportive team.

As an Assembly Operative, you will be responsible for assembling products on the production line, carrying out quality checks, and ensuring smooth workflow throughout the factory.

• Assemble products accurately and efficiently
• Carry out quality checks to maintain high standards
• Support team members on the production line
• Follow company health & safety procedures at all times
• Maintain a clean and organised work area

• Previous experience as an Assembly Operative, Factory Operative, or similar is desirable but not essential (full training provided)
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliability and teamwork are essential
