This role represents something a little different in the market. My clients are a highly regarded London-based specialist employment team seeking an experienced Employment Partner or senior lawyer to lead and grow the respondent-side practice.

The Opportunity

  • Develop and expand a respondent employment practice advising employers, business owners, senior executives, and high-net-worth individuals

  • Established Employment Partner or senior employment lawyer
  • Strong respondent experience across contentious and advisory work
