The Service Administrator will be key to the efficient operation of our client's service department, overseeing the coordination of service activities, managing invoicing, and maintaining accurate maintenance schedules.

* Based in Gravesend, Kent
* £25,000 - £32,000 salary (DOE)
* Monday - Friday, 8am - 5:30pm

Job Description:
* Manage purchase orders and invoices for equipment, parts, and services.
* Verify invoice accuracy in line with warranty terms and service contracts.
* Maintain up-to-date Health and Safety compliance documentation.
* Support the upkeep of detailed machinery records, including specifications, maintenance logs, inspection reports, and service histories.
* Coordinate the scheduling of contract services and repairs, and handle parts ordering.
* Assist in the day-to-day operations of the repair workshop, working closely with hire desk staff and engineers as needed.
Person Specification:
* Prior experience in service administration or operations coordination is advantageous, though not essential.
* Valid UK driving license.
* Demonstrated ability to stay organised and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
