Property Compliance Coordinator (Residential Portfolio)

Borehamwood | £30,000-£35,000 | Monday-Friday (Office-Based)

A well-capitalised residential property investor is seeking a highly organised Property Compliance Coordinator to support the oversight of a large UK leasehold portfolio.

This is a process-driven, portfolio-level role focused on compliance tracking, managing agent oversight, and maintaining accurate leasehold records across multiple developments.

You won't be managing properties directly; instead, you'll play a key role in ensuring standards are met, processes are followed, and managing agents are held accountable.

Why This Role?
  • Exposure to a 100,000+ unit national portfolio
  • Work directly with senior estates leadership
  • Join a well-backed, long-term investor
  • Clear opportunity to build expertise in leasehold, compliance, and portfolio management
  • Stable, structured environment with strong internal support
The Role

You'll sit within the Estates & Operations team, supporting the day-to-day coordination of compliance and property-related processes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring statutory compliance (EICRs, FRAs, EPCs, H&S)
  • Reviewing managing agent reports and chasing outstanding actions
  • Maintaining accurate leasehold and compliance records
  • Managing internal trackers, systems, and reporting tools
  • Supporting the handling of resident complaints and escalations
  • Assisting with leasehold consents and formal documentation
  • Coordinating with managing agents to ensure service and compliance standards are met

This role suits someone who enjoys structure, organisation, and working with detail.

You'll likely come from:

  • Block Management / Assistant Property Management
  • Leasehold or Property Administration
  • Property Compliance / Estates Coordination
  • Conveyancing or legal property support (desirable)

You'll bring:

  • Experience managing trackers, documentation, or compliance processes
  • Confidence dealing with external stakeholders and queries
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise multiple tasks
  • Solid Excel / systems skills (comfortable handling data and reports)

This role is best suited to someone who:

  • Prefers structured, process-led work
  • Enjoys organisation, tracking, and accountability
  • Wants to build a long-term career in property operations and compliance
