Key Responsibilities:

* Facilitate communication and workflow across departments and with stakeholders.
* Track and manage project timelines, documentation, and reporting.
* Support compliance and ensure all project documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
* Assist in resource planning and technical scheduling activities.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a technical coordinator or similar support role.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office and relevant technical platforms.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
