Teaching Assistant - Year 3
Location: Chelmsford
Start: ASAP / Next Term
Contract: Full-time 8.30 - 3.30

Are you passionate about helping children thrive in the classroom? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our friendly Year 3 team at a welcoming primary school in Chelmsford.

What you'll do:

Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons

*

Work with small groups and individual pupils to boost confidence and progress

*

Assist with classroom organisation and learning resources

*

Help create a positive, nurturing learning environment

*

Provide support for children with additional needs (experience beneficial but not essential)

Strong communication skills

Experience working with primary-aged children (school-based or similar)

A genuine passion for education and pupil development

*

Level 2/3 TA qualification is a bonus, but not required for the right candidate
