About the Role: CBW Staffing Solutions is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading name in the passive fire protection industry. We're seeking a dynamic and driven Business Development/Marketing Coordinator to join their growing team.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong marketing background who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to support high-level business development activities.

Working closely with the Head of Business Development, you will play a key role in driving new business opportunities, building client relationships, and coordinating events and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Support the Head of Business Development in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities

Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns and client engagement strategies

Design and produce marketing materials using Canva or similar platforms

Plan, coordinate, and attend events, conferences, and networking opportunities

Represent the company at industry events - travel and occasional overnight stays required

Maintain and update CRM systems, track leads, and support business reporting

Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and promotional content

Engage with potential and existing clients to build strong, long-lasting relationships

Coordinate and follow up on business development initiatives and projects

Key Requirements:
Proven experience in a marketing or business development support role

Proficient in Canva or other design platforms (desirable)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organisational skills with attention to detail

Comfortable with travel and staying away overnight when required

Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to develop within the role

Able to work 5 days a week in the office, with occasional out-of-hours event attendance
