Day-to-day of the role: - Plan, prepare and deliver engaging and educational lessons that meet the curriculum standards.
- Assess and record students' progress and prepare them for national tests.
- Foster a positive learning environment in the classroom that encourages student participation.
- Implement classroom management strategies that support a constructive learning environment.
- Collaborate with other teachers, parents, and stakeholders to maximise student learning.
- Participate in school events and activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching at the KS2 level.
- Strong understanding of the national curriculum and KS2 requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and inspire students.
- Flexibility to work either full-time or part-time.
