Salary: £20000 - £21000/annum

Immediate start - looking to recruit a dedicated, analytically minded Office Administrator.

Working hours - Monday to Friday, 08:30am to 17:00pm (30 minutes lunch break)

28 days holiday per annum inc bank holidays

£21,000 per annum, paid in weekly instalments

Duties

Book in all orders. This process takes place twice daily and involves scheduling orders into production allocation
Understanding of production capabilities and vehicle allocation will be required
Understanding of product leadtime and availability
Excellent telephone manner! Candidate will regularly be answering calls from customers. Ability to assist or transfer to relevant department will be required
Issue production paperwork for manufacture in accordance with customer delivery requirements
Strong organisational skills essential
Ability to work under pressure in fast paced environment
