We are urgently seeking a Fire Instructor to join our client in Aberdeen.

Monday to Friday (7.30 am - 4.15 pm) Monday to Friday - No Hybrid.

We are seeking candidates who have either worked for a Training Provider previously in a Fire Instructor role, or candidates who have worked as an Operational Firefighter previously.

Qualifications

* A minimum of 3 years' experience as an operational firefighter, demonstrating hands-on knowledge and expertise in firefighting tactics and safety practices.

* Assessor Qualification or trainer's certificate

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire learners from diverse backgrounds.

* Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver training materials effectively, catering to a range of learning styles.

* Commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous professional growth.

* Proficiency in using technology to facilitate training presentations and simulations is desirable.

* Flexibility to adapt to varied work schedules and training environments (classroom, field, etc.)
