Isca Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for a commercially astute, Project Manager to join a growing manufacturing SME Group in Somerset.

Working as part of a friendly team, the Project Manager will be managing multiple contracts from order to completion, ensuring successful delivery and installation within budget and to timescales whilst maintaining high-quality standards.

Project Manager - Duties:

* Arranging of deliveries of materials and allocation of labour for projects.

* Liaising with clients, stakeholders, sub-contractors, and internal teams.

* Communication with, and monitoring of, the field-based engineer team.

* Carrying out site visits and surveys when required.

* Creating site and work specific RAMs

* Liaising with all parties on scope and programme of works

* Monitoring the project, ensuring all aspects are executed with precision and care, on time and within budget.

* Providing up to date information e.g. order acknowledgments, skills matrix & insurance details.

* Acting as the initial contact point for customer queries, issues & technical submissions.

* Organising and monitoring of specialist sub-contract work.

* Preparation of information for invoicing

Project Manager - The Rewards:

Salary: £38-45kpa negotiable, benefits including performance related bonus
Hours: Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours per week.
Location: Weston-Super-Mare.
Start Date: ASAP

Project Manager - The Person:

* This role will suit a proactive, commercially astute project manager seeking a varied hands-on role with a growing SME, we are keen to hear from individuals with proven project management experience gained in manufacturing and/or engineering sectors.

* Ability to manage multiple contracts and prioritise workload

* Experience in leading and managing projects, with a good understanding of project lifecycles, from initiation to completion.

* Ability to deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget, maintaining high-quality standards.

* Working knowledge of Health & Safety and experience in working in ISO9001:2015 environment

* Experience of site visits / surveys.

* CSCS card desirable.

* Eligibility to obtain SC clearance (UK national or UK resident for a minimum of 5 years, no convictions, etc)

* UK driving license.
