Fleet Technical Administrator
Location: Europcar Ireland, 35 Northwood Court, Northwood Business Park, Santry, Dublin 9, Ireland

Europcar Ireland is hiring a full-time, permanent Fleet Technical Administrator for our Dublin headquarters. This detail-oriented and proactive individual will provide key administrative support to the Fleet team, ensuring efficient operations across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:
Review damage estimates and ensure they align with vehicle repairs.
Cultivate and maintain strong working relationships with key suppliers.
Manage costs and expenditures to adhere to budgets and operational activities.
Take ownership of supplier requests for parts, services, tires, and order numbers.
Collaborate closely with the Fleet Technical team.
Track and manage off-road vehicles, Commercial Vehicle Roadworthiness Tests (CVRT), and services, while maintaining NOF targets.
Generate weekly/monthly expenditure reports.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines, taking responsibility for personal and colleagues' health and safety.
Perform ad hoc duties as instructed by management.
Your Skills:
Proven background in the motor trade.
Minimum of two years of office experience.
Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
Full clean driving license.
Exceptional administration skills with strong attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Favourable mechanical knowledge.
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Capacity to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Aptitude for building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and customers.
Demonstrated willingness to learn.
