Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and grow your own book of commercial clients, with the freedom to shape your pipeline
• Build lasting, trusted relationships with decision-makers across a range of sectors
• Leverage cross-selling opportunities across a diverse suite of insurance products to maximise value for clients and earnings for you
• Deliver first-class client service in collaboration with dedicated claims, broking, and support teams
• Represent the business across Swansea and South Wales through networking, events, and client visits

• Proven background in commercial insurance with strong technical knowledge
• Track record of developing new business and driving revenue growth
• Confident relationship builder, able to engage with business owners and senior stakeholders
