About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Behaviour Mentor to join a dynamic and inclusive school environment. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting pupils with a range of learning difficulties and disabilities, including social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). You'll work closely with teaching staff to manage behaviour positively, provide targeted interventions, and help create a safe, encouraging space where every child can thrive.
