Located in a prominent position on Shoreditch High Street, One Hundred Shoreditch has 258 bedrooms, five restaurants and bars including a breakfast restaurant, a destination cocktail bar and a rooftop bar and terrace, offering panoramic views over East London

The Role


As a part time Front Desk Agent, you will be the first and last point of contact for our guests. You will manage arrivals and departures, handle reservations and guest requests, and act as a brand ambassador for the hotel-ensuring every interaction reflects our values, energy, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a welcoming, confident, and professional check-in and check-out experience
  • Anticipate guest needs and proactively resolve queries or concerns
  • Handle reservations, billing, and payments accurately and efficiently
  • Share local knowledge and hotel recommendations in a natural, engaging way
  • Liaise with Housekeeping, Concierge, and other departments to ensure seamless guest journeys
  • Maintain immaculate front desk standards at all times
  • Uphold brand standards, service culture, and operational procedures

Salary: £15,735 p/a + service charge, plus benefits
