Helpdesk Analyst, IT Support Analyst, 1st line support 


My client, a leading UK organisation, are seeking a Helpdesk Analyst / IT Support Analyst to join their team, initially on a remote basis, then working within their Witham St Hughs office in Lincoln. The successful Helpdesk Analyst / IT Support Analyst will join an in-house technical team, reporting to the IT Customer Support Manager, in order to assist on a range of duties including but not limited to:

  • Providing 1st line Support to on systems infrastructure
  • Providing remote customer support
  • Maintain tickets & incident logs
  • User administration

What's Required?

To be successful within this Helpdesk Analyst / IT Support Analyst role, you will be someone who doesn't shy away from a challenge, and isn't afraid to get your hands dirty. You will a great communicator and have excellent interpersonal skills, but as well as this, will have the following skills/experience:

  • Prior experience within a customer facing role
  • Sound IT literacy with skills across Microsoft systems & Office products
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Full UK Driving licence
  • An interest in technology and a willingness to learn!
