Registered Home Manager

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum D.E.O

Location: Staffordshire, West Midlands

Hours: 40, days with flexibility

HCR is proud to be recruiting for an award-winning care provider. We’re seeking a Registered Home Manager to lead a 5-star nursing home set within stunning landscaped grounds with breathtaking views.

Currently rated “Good” by CQC, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Home Manager to maintain excellence and drive the home towards an “Outstanding” rating.

Registered Home Manager Duties:

• Ensuring high clinical care & governance
• Lead the clinical team & ensure best practice standards
• Maintaining statutory & regulatory compliance
• Oversee budgets, resources & staffing efficiently
• Maintain CQC compliance & support inspections

Registered Home Manager Requirements:

• An active NMC pin is desirable but not essential
• Previous experience as a CQC Registered Manager
• Ideally completed or completing a recognised management qualification (Diploma Level 5 / Registered Managers Award)
• Strong background in elderly & dementia care
• Ability to manage budgets/resources effectively without compromising quality
