Responsibilities:

As a Hazardous Area Electrician, your key responsibilities will include:

Installing new customer LPG/LNG plants throughout the UK.
Conducting electrical inspections and rectification work on customer installations across the country.
Performing electrical inspections, rectification work, and full plant upgrades on installations nationwide.
Assembling LPG vaporizers, Pump skid units, and package boiler houses off-site.
Prepare and install IECEx/Atex rated equipment, including motors, control stations, junction boxes, and lighting.
Metal trunking, conduit, tray, SWA cables, glands, and LV distribution.

Qualifications and Skills:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

JIB grade Electrician / Approved Electrician
Inspection & Testing Qualification
CompEX01-4 
Solid IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and Office.
Familiarity with schematic, Loop, P&ID, and zone drawings.
Sound knowledge of control systems and fault-finding techniques.
Physical fitness to work as part of a team or independently in demanding environments.

Salary:

JIB Electricians with compex 01-04 and 2394/5 qualifications start with a basic salary of £45,760. Earnings circa £65,000 per annum including overtime
