Trainee Legal Administrator

The Role: As a Legal Administrator, you'll be an essential part of the Private Client team, supporting fee earners with a wide range of administrative and client-focused tasks. This is a perfect role for a driven and organised graduate looking to build a long-term legal career.

Responsibilities:
Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Private Client department

Preparing legal documents and managing correspondence

Handling client calls and queries with professionalism and sensitivity

Maintaining accurate case files and legal databases

Assisting fee earners with diary management and meeting arrangements

About You:
A recent graduate with a strong interest in law

Highly organised, proactive, and detail-oriented

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Confident using Microsoft Office and document management systems

A genuine desire to progress within a legal setting as a Legal Administrator
