We have an exciting opportunity for an independent and organised Technical Surveyor to join our team covering London and the South Coast.
Base and Geographical area
The role is field based, and you will be expected to attend any of the Gradus and Gerflor facilities when required. A flexible approach is required which will mean working out of normal "office hours" to accommodate site and customer needs. Occasional overnight stays may be required.
The role
Reporting to the National Distribution Manager, you will ensure timely and accurate responses to customer and business requests for surveying of projects for stairs nosing, barrier meetings and other Gradus accessory products.
Providing a measuring service for matting installations, you will perform site visits to evaluate complaints raised against Gerflor and Gradus products, reporting concisely and accurately on any site complaints attended. Attending site repairs where warranty issues arise, you will supply accurate templates to the production department and collate reports on surveys carried out to enable customers to order and supply Gradus and Gerflor Products.
Supporting the team and the technical manager with any ongoing projects, you will work closely with the technical support team, ASMs and regional managers to ensure all requirements are met. The skills obtained will enable opportunities to progress into a wider technical support role within Gradus Gerflor.
