Our client are a leading boutique firm based in Birmingham looking to take on a Senior Family law Solicitor to join their family team.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a broad range of experience and knowledge in all areas of family law as follows:

What the role involves

• Advising on all matters relating to Family Law including divorce, financial remedy proceedings, cohabitation disputes, children and domestic violence, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements whilst complying with LEXCEL requirements
• Mentoring and leading junior lawyers within the team
• Assisting one of the Directors with their caseload as and when required
• Building strong relationships with clients and providing exceptional client service
