Role Responsibilities
  • Leading the tax department, overseeing both corporate and personal tax services
  • Managing and advising a diverse portfolio of clients, including owner-managed businesses, SMEs, and high-net-worth individuals
  • Providing high-level tax advisory services, including business structuring, succession planning, inheritance tax, and capital gains tax
  • Overseeing tax compliance processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy
  • Working closely with the senior leadership team to develop and implement tax strategies
  • Supporting and mentoring tax team members, fostering a culture of professional development
  • Identifying business development opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the growth of the firm

Candidate Requirements
