Daytime Healthcare Cover is proud to offer you a unique opportunity working in the NHS within the Somerset area.

We are looking for passionate Emergency Nurse Practitioner (ENP) & Minor Injuries Unit (MIU) experienced RGNs able to work on Minor Injuries Unit (MIU). Rates are between £40 - £55 per hour.

RATES?

* Days - £40

* Nights & Saturday - £45

* Sundays & Bank Holidays - £55

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS ?

* NMC Registered

* Minimum of 12 months UK NHS experience

* Excellent medical knowledge

* Confident in clinical skills

* Advocate for patient-centred care

* Flexible and Reliable

* Able to access, diagnose, treat and discharge or refer patients without reference to a doctor.

* Manage a discrete nursing team to include annual appraisal, mandatory training, staffing rotas, recruitment and selection and supervision of students.

* To support Matron / Lead nurse as needed in delivering local and national audits.

* To encourage and participate in the development of protocols and pathways to improve patient care.

* To be willing to undertake any professional development and training necessary to progress the service.

* Workers are required to be available for last minute shifts as there are many block booking opportunities available.
