As the Asbestos Surveyor you will be:
Covering the big 6 of compliance specifically lifts and asbestos.
Supporting the Building Safety manager for high risk residential buildings.
Effectively manage and monitor budgets that relate to the delivery of compliance
Make sure that all compliance information is updated and the information is accurate
Manage contractors and ensure the compliance of the business is effectively achieved
 
Qualifications the Asbestos Surveyor will need:
Previous experience of delivering compliance safety including lift compliance and asbestos in a social housing setting
Experience working with the big 6 of compliance 
Experience checking contractors work and booking in remedial work
Asbestos and lift related qualifications
