Our client, a leading social housing contractor based in Rochdale, is seeking an experienced Joiner to carry out work on domestic properties across Rochdale and surrounding areas.

Joiner Role Details:

Reactive and planned preventative maintenance in tenanted properties
Ongoing contract with the potential of becoming permanent
Location: Stockport
Rate of Pay: £22 per hour
Immediate starts available
Joiner Requirements:

Valid CSCS card
Previous experience within social housing is preferred
Own vehicle and tools required (a work van may be provided, so a clean driving licence is desirable)
