The Project Manager's role

As Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple concurrent projects, from early-stage feasibility to handover. You will coordinate with clients, lead project teams, and oversee contractor performance.

• Degree in a construction-related discipline

• Proven experience delivering resi and student accommodation schemes

• Consultancy or client-side background preferred

• Strong organisational and reporting skills

• Familiarity with JCT/NEC contracts
