Salary up to £20,000 (Plus Guaranteed £250 Commission for the first 3 months)

Job Overview
You will follow up on the Events and Seminars marketing campaigns, to contact business owners making them aware of the benefits of attending the Events and Seminars. You will confirm attendance, and make follow up calls after the Events and Seminars to generate sales appointments.

Job Purpose
We’re looking for pro-active and self-motivated people to join our team. You will follow up warm leads on a number of Events and Seminars campaigns. You will contact business owners making them aware of the benefits of attending Croner’s free Events and Seminars. You will confirm attendance, and make follow up calls after the Events and Seminars to generate sales appointments.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Contact business owners/Directors to follow up on Seminar and Event marketing activity to book them on the Croner Solutions Events
  • Generate leads, appointments and referrals through day to day business activity
  • Achieve quarterly sales targets, and daily KPI’s
  • Accurately build, manage and maintain your sales pipeline
  • Contact delegates after Event and Seminar to book sales appointments
  • Confirm attendance after the Seminar through emails and phone calls
  • Send supporting documentation to all delegates
  • Excellent call structure and focus on quality
What You Need:
You'll be confident, self-motivated and determined to succeed, ideally with in B2B sales experience, excellent call structure and focus on quality and a driven desire to achieve and earn fantastic bonus, including the ambition to join a high performance and supportive team.
