Job Type: Permanent, FullTime

Salary: £23000 - £28000/annum

Due to continuing expansion our client, a successful international manufacturing company is actively seeking a proactive, dedicated and ambitious HR Administrator to support the Senior HR Management Team.

Reporting to the HR Manager, responsibilities to include:

* Entering employment data into the company database and updating employee holiday and sickness records

* Be the onsite point of contact for early careers programmes (e.g., Apprenticeships, Graduates, Interns)

* Provide excellent customer service in line with company standards, procedures and guidelines.

* Assist in developing and maintaining site training and development plan & budget to drive mandatory training, and internal development initiatives.

* Organising meetings and taking minutes

* To chase and update DBS disclosure and reference trackers.

* Liaise with the payroll department to ensure all employee information is correct and accurate.

* Assisting with the hiring process, setting up recruitment and training events

* Answering any employee inquiries

* Creating staff handbooks and newsletters

* Coordinating logistics for new hire orientations

The successful candidate will have a background in administration, display exceptional communication, analytical and presentation skills together with a corporate, professional approach to work. You will demonstrate the ability to build rapport with employees and vendors and prior experience of change management or the ability to influence people at all levels of the organisation would be desirable. HR and/or Payroll experience would be beneficial.
