Are you passionate about sport, fitness and inspiring young people to lead active, healthy lives? Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic PE Support Practitioner to join a supportive secondary school in Sandbach, starting as soon as possible.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual with a strong interest in physical education to work within a high-performing PE department. The successful candidate will support PE teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons, assist with extra-curricular activities, and help maintain a safe and positive environment for students.

• Support the delivery of PE lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4

• Set up and maintain equipment for practical sessions

• Supervise and lead small groups of pupils during activities

• Provide 1:1 support for pupils where required

• Contribute to after-school sports clubs, teams and events

• Assist with administrative tasks and general departmental support

• A genuine interest in sport and physical education

• Experience working with young people, ideally within a school or coaching environment

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• The ability to motivate and inspire pupils of all abilities

• A patient, flexible, and proactive approach

This role is ideal for recent sports graduates, aspiring PE teachers, or experienced sports coaches looking to gain valuable school-based experience.
