Transport Manager (CPC Qualified) - Manchester
Salary: £40,000 | Mon-Fri | 07:00-17:00 | Permanent

We're looking for an experienced Transport Manager with a valid CPC to join our busy logistics team in Manchester.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead transport audits and maintain company CPC accreditation

*

Support day-to-day operations and oversee a fleet of 20+ vehicles

*

Manage drivers: compliance, recruitment, training, and performance

*

Ensure all vehicle checks, servicing, and maintenance are up to standard

*

Improve transport processes and ensure full compliance with company policies

*

Work closely with Operations and Customer Service to maintain high service levels

What We're Looking For:

*

Proven experience as a CPC-qualified Transport Manager

*

Background in Airfreight/Logistics (preferred)

*

Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

*

Knowledge of fleet systems and compliance standards

*

Hands-on attitude with ability to carry out minor vehicle fixes
