The Company

Housing Maintenance Specialist, carrying out repairs and maintenance in a professional manner.  This contract will consist of social housing - maintenance works, Carpentry OR Plumbing biased.

The Role

Multi Trade- Carpentry - Plumbing - Wet Trades

Receive & complete works via PDA device
Work safely in accordance with H&S
Carpentry, Plumbing, Tiling, Plastering, Painting & Decorating, Fencing, Paving

Skills & Experience

Relevant industry qualifications (NVQ, CSCS)
Full UK Drivers License
Social Housing experience preferred
