We're working with a growing, values-led provider in Nottingham to manage a 3-bed children's home supporting young people with EBD. This is a genuine opportunity to create a safe, nurturing and stable environment where children can thrive, with the autonomy to shape the home.
The Role
You will take full ownership of the home. You will be responsible for building your team, setting standards and creating a positive, therapeutic culture.
You will:
* Register with Ofsted and work towards achieving a Good or Outstanding rating
* Recruit, lead and develop a high-performing staff team
* Create a safe, structured and nurturing environment for young people with EBD
* Ensure full compliance with Children's Homes Regulations and Quality Standards
* Work closely with senior leadership on future growth plans

What We're Looking For
* Experience as a Registered Manager within children's residential care, or a strong Deputy Manager ready to step up
* Experience working with children with EBD
* Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding
* Proven leadership and team development skills
* A genuine passion for delivering high-quality care and improving outcomes for young people
