RJS Recruitment are working with a Leading and well-respected Container Haulage Company near Ipswich. Our client is looking for an experienced customer service coordinator with 1-2 years industry knowledge within container transport.

Candidate Skills

  • Must have 1-2-year experience within Customer service (container movement)
  • Ideally used Truckcom system, or TOPS would be considered
  • Committed to providing customer satisfaction and service excellence
  • Ability to offer solutions and be proactive
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines, to work in high paced and changing environment
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Great communication skills
  • Flexible, adaptable and organised
  • Works well as part of a team.
  • Motivated and driven
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Be committed to our customers' journey
