The Opportunity

As a Project Manager, you'll take full responsibility for the delivery of key water infrastructure projects, managing everything from health & safety and programme delivery to cost, quality, and client relationships. Based on site in Pangbourne, you'll oversee multiple Thames Valley projects — with the chance to shape how civils and MEICA schemes are delivered under the AMP8 framework.

This isn't just project management as usual. You'll be driving innovation through modern methods of construction, offsite assembly, and production-led thinking — helping to improve efficiency and deliver real value.

What you'll be doing

Lead the successful delivery of complex water infrastructure projects.

Manage safety, quality, programme, and commercial performance across civils & MEICA.

Oversee design, procurement, and on-site delivery phases.

Build strong relationships with Thames Water and other key stakeholders.

*

Create a positive, high-performing site culture.

*

Champion innovative construction methods and offsite-first solutions.

What we're looking for

*

Experienced Project Manager with water/civils/MEICA background.

*

Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse teams.

*

Proven track record in delivering large-scale infrastructure projects.

*

SMSTS and CSCS essential; HNC/Degree in construction/engineering desirable.

*

Commercially aware, organised, and client-focused.

*

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
