🔍 What You'll Need:

* Experience in mental health, substance misuse, homelessness or related fields (preferred but not essential)

* A trauma-informed, recovery-focused mindset

* Patience, emotional intelligence, and good communication skills

* Flexibility to work shifts, including some weekends

* An enhanced DBS or willingness to apply
