The Job you'll do:

* Analysing process performance and identifying improvement opportunities

* Calculating cycle times, capacity, and ensuring machine parameters are optimised

* Monitoring and updating SPM and RO systems

* Leading improvement projects and collaborating with key stakeholders

* Supporting and developing quality control measures

* Managing FMEAs and developing SOPs for new processes

* Leading industrialisation and installation of new equipment

About You:

* Proven knowledge of process and project engineering within a fast-paced manufacturing environment

* A Level 3 qualification in engineering (or equivalent industry experience)

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Excellent communication skills across all levels

* A structured, methodical, and proactive approach to work

* Confidence in managing resources and driving results

* Ability to lead meetings
