First Line Support / 1st Line Support / Customer Service Advisor Location: Tulketh Mill, Preston, PR2 2DY Salary: £8.12 per hour (Circa £15,800 per annum) + Excellent Benefits including Perkbox! Hours: 37.5 per week. This will include weekdays and weekends on a rota basis. Shifts are between 8am and 8pm. Due to continued growth, we are looking for dynamic individuals to join our fast paced, award-winning, passionate team at Tulketh Mill in Preston to work with one of our fantastic clients. The role of a Tech Support Advisor: We are currently recruiting Customer Service Advisors supporting one of our clients. You will be providing an exceptional customer service within 1st line technical support helping those with broadband and phone line faults. You will take inbound calls from residential customers, and endeavour to resolve their queries whilst giving them first-rate customer service. About you: If this is your first job within a contact centre, please do not worry! No previous experience of working in a contact centre is required – We are looking for individuals with any element of customer service experience including hospitality, retail and call centre with enthusiasm and a desire to learn!
