• Build strong partnerships with parents, carers, and colleagues
• Maintain a safe and stimulating learning environment

Specification - Level 3 Nursery Nurse

• NVQ Level 3 Childcare qualification (or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
• A caring, enthusiastic, and proactive approach to early years education
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
