Customer Service Administrator
Location - Chertsey
Salary - £37,000-£40,000 PA
Duration - Permanent
Benefits- OT Bi-annual bonus , Income Protection - 50% of monthly salary for 5 years (benefit basis increases to 75% upon 2 years' service), Pension - DC Scheme - Employer contribution 8.5%, Employee 4% min, Life Assurance - 4 x salary, 3 x volunteering days each year, Flexible Benefits - £55 per month contribution - this includes travel insurance, gym membership, payroll giving, season ticket loan facility, taste card, dental insurance, Holiday - 25 days per annum plus bank holidays, Access to staff sales discount and Reward Plus discount shopping.

Summary of a Customer Service Administrator
This role provides additional support for the ongoing growth and re-structure of the Climate Solutions UK business, through the provision of customer service & administration support to the Climate Solutions UK customer base.

Responsibilities of a Customer Service Administrator

• Co-ordinate administration functions & audit trails to ensure compliance for all aspects relating to technical site support visits for both the internal after-sales service team and external service partner network
• Provide administration support to external Partner Network in relation to claim submissions & processing
• Co-ordinate technical site support visits
• Support Partner claim submission and processing
• Escalation of issues / queries or anomalies to line manager
• working in conjunction with line manager and client to review critical metrics and key statistics to further develop the support process
• Responses to customer facing FAQs
• Implementation of improved systems and processes
• Customer account reconciliation support functions
