What You'll Be Doing: Maintenance Engineer

• Carrying out reactive and planned maintenance across a fast-paced production site
• Fault-finding on mechanical and/or electrical equipment
• Supporting production by minimising downtime and improving reliability
• Completing preventative maintenance tasks to a high standard
• Working safely with strict adherence to food industry and H&S standards
• Contributing to continuous improvement and sharing best practices with the team

What We're Looking For: Maintenance Engineer

• A Level 3 qualified Maintenance Engineer (essential - NVQ, apprenticeship, or equivalent)
• Electrically or mechanically biased - both backgrounds considered
• A hands-on Maintenance Engineer with strong problem-solving skills
• Someone open to learning, developing, and moving into a multi-skilled role
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-focused mindset
• Willingness to work a rotating 4 on 4 off days and nights shift pattern
