Organization Description:

Team Solar Inc. is a thriving #StartUp in the #SolarEnergy space in Massachusetts. Team Solar's novel "RAYS" product is a proprietary financial model targeting a niche segment of the solar energy industry. This product is designed for all of the properties that most solar financial products ignore such as: Non-profits, small businesses with brick and mortar locations, non-owner occupied housing units, Condo Associations, or Owner-occupied housing units that dont meet financing requirements.

This program has been built on the back of the Massachusetts SMART program and has been proven to have significant financial value that will allow it to expand without state subsidies. Client procurement has already proven to track at a record growing pace with industry low Cost of Customer Acquisition (COCA) and industry high close rates (over 40%). Although this segment has been vastly ignored by traditional solar finance products, is one of the largest combined market segments in Massachusetts.

Role Description:

The Massachusetts Account Executive position will be one of the most integral to the success of the organization. This role is perfectly suited for a growing sales professional with the ability to hit target goals. This role will work directly with the Regional Sales Manager to execute developed prospecting and sales strategies. This role will perform the professional requirements and will have opportunity for rapid income and title advancement. To be successful in this position the individual will have to be highly motivated, exceptionally intelligent, diligently personable, and mission oriented.
