11:00 - 19:00We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable Temporary Student Accommodation Clerks to assist during university move-in days in Coventry. This is a short-term opportunity ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Warmly welcoming students and visitors at the accommodation reception
Assisting students with luggage and guiding them to their rooms
Managing basic road and parking traffic control around the site
Handling student queries and escalating them to the accommodation site team where necessary
Ensuring rooms are prepared and presentable ahead of student arrivalsRequirements:
Friendly, approachable, and confident with communication
Able to work on your feet and assist with luggage handling
Comfortable working outdoors if assigned to traffic duties
Punctual and reliable for the duration of the assignmentThis is a temporary position for a fixed period and a great opportunity to be part of an exciting time for new university students.
