Large housing provider managing over 50,000 homes across various communities within the UK. Housing Association within the South of the UK. Ensuring home living is set to a high standard.  Property maintenance works, housing maintenance, this role is specifically for Carpentry / Bricklaying / Plastering / P&D.

The Role - Skilled and qualified in at least one of the following

Carpentry
Bricklaying
Plastering
Painting & Decorating

Skills & Experience

Level 2 NVQ Carpentry or Bricklaying or P&D
Full UK Drivers License
Social Housing experience
Ability to keep to a tight time schedule
