HVAC Engineer
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Location: RAF Croughton / RAF Barford St Johns
Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00AM-4:30PM, with paid on-call 1 week in 4

The Role

We are looking for a skilled HVAC Engineer to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. This is a rewarding opportunity to play a key role in maintaining and supporting vital military facilities.

As an HVAC Engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and installation of HVAC systems at RAF Croughton and surrounding sites. You will work both independently and as part of a wider engineering team, ensuring all tasks are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.

This position covers planned maintenance, reactive repairs, and minor installations while ensuring compliance with Health & Safety standards such as RAMS, COSHH, and RIDDOR. You'll also manage your own schedule, complete all relevant documentation, and respond to emergency callouts as part of the on-call rota.

What you'll need

City & Guilds qualification in Air Conditioning (or equivalent)
F-Gas 1 certification and safe handling of refrigerants
Proven experience in HVAC maintenance and repair
Strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations
Full UK driving licence
Eligibility to obtain SC Security ClearanceDesirable:

Experience in a commercial or MOD environment
