We are currently recruiting for an experienced Workshop Manager to join our client based in Oxford.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and coordinate workshop activities and schedules

* Lead and motivate a team of technicians

* Ensure high-quality standards on all maintenance, repairs and installations

* Maintain health & safety and compliance with industry regulations

* Manage stock levels, tools, and workshop resources

* Provide technical support and advice to both staff and customers

* Liaise with the sales and service teams to coordinate pre-delivery inspections (PDIs)

Qualifications and Skills:

* Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a workshop environment

* Strong technical knowledge of caravans and motorhomes (or transferable experience from automotive, marine, or similar sectors)

* Excellent organisational and leadership skills

* A customer-first mindset with great communication skills

* Understanding of NCC standards and servicing procedures (preferred)

* Full UK driving licence
