The Quantity Surveyor will help manage a team that focuses solely on bespoke residential refurbishments in London. The company has an impressive pipeline of work and is offering a stable, long-term opportunity with excellent support and progression.

The company specialise in prime residential refurbishments have recently experienced an influx of new projects. They have a turnover of £25 million the company have a long-standing reputation for delivering exceptional standard of work.

Quantity surveyor Role

Projects range from £1 million to £9 million.

• Cost Reporting
• Tender and contract documents
• CVR's
• Bills of Quants
• Attend professional and client meetings
• Assign subcontractors and suppliers aligned with procurement schedule
• Mitigate commercial risks

The Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

• 3 years + Experience
• Ideally you will have experience of High End Resi / Prime / Super prime property.
• Experience of working for a main contractor
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Team Management
