Are you an experienced and adaptable Teaching Assistant looking for flexible day-to-day work in Islington primary schools? Tradewind Education is seeking reliable Supply TAs to support a variety of schools across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 starting in September 2025.

The Role:

• Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons

• Work with individual pupils and small groups to reinforce learning

• Help manage behaviour and promote a positive learning environment

• Assist with classroom preparation and day-to-day tasks as needed

• Work flexibly across different schools and year groups

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in UK primary schools - highly desirable

• Confident supporting children across EYFS, KS1, and KS2

• Positive, proactive, and adaptable approach to changing school environments

• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
