HR Co-ordinator - Norwich

We are seeking an experienced HR superstar for a fast paced demanding role based near Norwich.

Working closely within the HR team you will be actively involved in people development, resourcing and employee relations.

Providing advice, support and guidance to employees and managers on company policies and procedures

Ensure all employee data is accurace and correctly recorded on the HR system

Manage site establishment

Support management in holding investigations, disciplinarys and grievance meetings and ensure associated documentation is completed

Monitor sickness and absence records, producing reports and documentation where required

Support managers with absence counselling and long term absence management cases

Monitor and distribute working time reports to ensure no working time breaches

Continually keep abreast of employment legislation, company policy/procedures and commit to continual self-development

This is a great opportunity for a part qualified candidate, level 3 CIPD/NVQ level 3, with scope to progress further in your chosen HR career. Attention to detail, strong admin and IT skills are essential. This will be a demanding role, you are the internal point of call of all staff so customer service skills are also important.
