The Opportunity:

Be the first Customer Success Manager in the business, taking the lead of a book of circa 25 accounts and deliver an exemplary customer experience from post-sale through to renewal.

Own the full customer journey, working with well established brands such as the Bank of England and EDF (Energy), you will support them with onboarding to the solution, deliver training on how to get the best from the platform, maximise client satisfaction and drive retention.

Providing an incredibly valuable solutions to their clients that helps with hiring & talent attraction, personal development, business growth and culture, they are in a scale-up growth phase and so are looking for an adaptable and agile customer success manager to become the core foundation of client relationships.


* Serve as client lead point of contact for your clients, building and maintaining strong relationships and driving client retention.

* Create account plans to show engagement, risk and opportunity. Execute against these plans!

* Provide training and technical support to clients by way of webinar.

* Ensure successful and on time delivery of our solutions according to customer objectives

* Work with sales on new business opportunities.

* Maintain internal systems with client related updates.

The Ideal Candidate:

* Previous experience in a B2B client engagement role; account management, customer success, sales/business development or similar.

* Agile and able to move with the requirements of the role. This will not be a strict and rigid job role! As a scale up business, your role may require you to support with other duties and tasks to ensure absolute client satisfaction.

* Strong written and spoken English.

* Self-motivated and looking to carve out their own career development. You will be invested in!

* Experience of delivering web-based demos or training is valuable.

* Inquisitive and always looking for optimal ways to do things.

* Previous experience with HR decision makers is valuable but not essential.


* Base salary up to £35k plus bonus.

* 25 Days paid holiday (plus Bank Holidays)
